ONLINE RETURN POLICY (Domestic Shipments only)
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can send it back to us for a refund or credit within 10 days of receipt and must be sent prepaid. Please print our return form, fill it out and include it in your package, as well as your original receipt. Please allow 4-7 days for us to process your return. If you need to exchange for another size, please place a new order online and return your other items for a refund. If the items being returned were a gift, please fill out the return form for an online credit.
Special orders and custom pieces are final sale and cannot be returned. All returned merchandise must be in its original condition. Please email us before ordering if you are unsure.
Customer is responsible for all shipping costs unless the item is damaged or we made a mistake.
We recommend shipping all items through UPS or FedEx. We are not responsible for lost packages and we cannot issue a refund if your package is lost or damaged. We will not accept CODs. Please insure the package for the full amount of the merchandise you are sending back to us. If you choose to ship via US Postal Service, do not require a signature - this will result in the package being returned to shipper. We are not responsible for missing packages.
We have the right to deny credit if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements. Please include original invoice, filled out return form and the reason for your return and send to:

CANCELLING A CUSTOM ORDER
If you need to cancel a custom order you must email us within 4 hours of when you place your order. Once production begins on them they cannot be cancelled. We also try to ship very quickly. :)
